CREATIVE DIRECTOR - in-house / 2020-2023
Along side Laura Staves , built from the ground up + hired team of 15 peeps all while pregnant with a surprise baby (I’m a badass yo). Responsible for big picture overall look + feel of brand to nitty gritty packaging (lineup plan + design) /production + factory communication. Often, Impromptu set design + stylist. Creator of campaign themes, model scouting, photographer scouting, art direction + collaboration on set, oversee production team on set to ensure asset goals + style is being accomplished (photographers, videographers, makeup artist, hair stylists, wardrobe, extended team of 10-15 various subs + in-house employees) After shoots >> photo selects + editing + to then directing digital + social implementation. Made it into Urban Outfitters / Anthropologie / Macy’s / Beauty Bay + special collab with PacSun was in the works. Jack of all trades on this brand…I’m pretty sure I almost died. Haaaa
